‘Success in the South West’ was an exceptional event that celebrated the outstanding talent hailing from Bristol, one of the South West's largest cities. This thoughtfully curated gathering brought together commissioners, digital experts, and production companies to reflect on the successes and challenges that have shaped their careers.

The event commenced with a special introduction from Bristol's Mayor, Marvin Rees, highlighting his pivotal role in shaping the city's future. The panel discussion featured the charismatic Plummer Brothers, renowned for their roles on "Gogglebox," who shared their unique insights and experiences in the entertainment industry.

With over 80 enthusiastic attendees, the event provided a platform for networking and knowledge exchange. It was a valuable opportunity for professionals to connect and forge collaborations.

Channel 4 Presents ‘Is TV Sill Relevant?’ in partnership with Big Team

Channel 4 proudly presented 'Is TV Still Relevant' as part of the Forwards Festival, an exceptional collaboration between Channel 4 and the dynamic Big Team, where I had the privilege of curating the session.

Taking place within a festival that featured the iconic Erykah Badu as the headliner and drew in a vibrant audience of over 10,000 attendees, this event was nothing short of spectacular.

Our insightful panel included the talented Outlaws actor, Gamba Cole, and the delightful Bryony May Williams from The Great British Bake Off. They engaged in a thought-provoking discussion on the relevance of television in the modern era.

This event marked a standout moment for Channel 4 in Bristol, showcasing our commitment to exploring new horizons and collaborating with external stakeholders. Stay tuned for more exciting endeavors and events like these on our website.
